Your shiurim are already a sefer.
You've given hundreds of shiurim. They're sitting in recordings — on a podcast, on a hard drive, in WhatsApp voice notes. I turn them into a beautifully edited, printed book: each shiur becomes a chapter, with sources cited in the original Hebrew, written to flow like it was composed for the page. One flat fee. Up to 1,000 pages. Hardcover or softcover, delivered.

Recordings in. Sefer out.
- STEP · 01Send the recordings
A podcast link, MP3s, old tapes, voice notes. Any format, any audio quality. You don't need to organize anything first.
- STEP · 02Transcription
Every shiur is transcribed word for word, including the Hebrew and Aramaic quotations.
- STEP · 03Structure
Each shiur becomes a chapter. Spoken language is reshaped into written language: headings, paragraphs, transitions. The torah stays yours — the voice stays the rav's.
- STEP · 04Sources
Every pasuk, Gemara, Midrash, Rishon, and Acharon quoted in the shiur is located and cited, with the original Hebrew text set alongside or in footnotes.
- STEP · 05Review
You (or the rav, or the family) review every chapter before it's final. Nothing prints without approval. AI does the heavy lifting; a human — and ultimately you — signs off on every line of torah.
- STEP · 06Print
Professional typesetting, cover design, and printing. Hardcover or softcover. You receive physical books and the print-ready files.
Everything in the flat fee.

- Multiple review rounds with the rav or family
- Professional typesetting (including proper Hebrew typography, nekudos where needed)
- Cover design, hardcover or softcover
- Print management and delivery, plus the digital files (PDF + print-ready)
Who this is for.
- CASE · 01
A rav or maggid shiur with years of recorded shiurim who's always meant to publish
- CASE · 02
A shul or kollel producing a sefer for a milestone — a siyum, a yahrtzeit, a rabbi's 25th year
- CASE · 03
A family preserving a father's or zeide's torah while the recordings still exist
- CASE · 04
A podcast host whose series deserves a second life as a book
One flat fee. Up to 1,000 pages.
No hourly billing, no per-word pricing, no retainers — the same way I price everything else on this site. You send me two or three sample shiurim, I listen, and I quote you one fixed number for the entire project: transcription through printed books in your hands. If the scope is smaller — a single volume from 20 shiurim — the price is smaller. The quote is free and it's yours whether or not we work together.
Questions I get about turning shiurim into a sefer.
How accurate can AI be with torah content?
What if the recordings are low quality?
Can the book be in Hebrew?
How many shiurim make a book?
How long does it take?
Who owns the finished book?
Can each shiur really work as a chapter?

Send me two shiurim. I'll send you back a sample chapter quote.
Or, if you'd rather talk it through first, book a time →
